UX
How UI/UX actually improves a website

People rarely remember a screenshot. They remember whether the site answered their hand. A button that confirms, a form that does not fight, a menu that knows which language it is in — that is UI/UX in practice.
Hierarchy is the unglamorous half. If everything is large, nothing is important. A designer’s job is to decide what is first, what is second, and what can wait until scroll.
Micro-interactions are the handshake: hover, press, copy, success. They should be quiet and physical. If they delay understanding, they are costume.
Good UI/UX also knows when to stop. Not every surface needs a story. Some pages only need to be found, read, and left without friction.
